Ownership and Copyright: 

Animation Elevated (hereafter referred to as "The Company") is the sole owner of the game Contention Space, including but not limited to its code, graphics, sounds, and all other assets included in the game unless otherwise stated. The game and all its components are protected by international copyright laws.

Usage Rights: 

The Company grants you, the user, a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to use the game for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of The Company.

The Company reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time, without notice. Continued use of the Game after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes

Limitations: 

You may not sell, distribute, reproduce, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the game or any part of it without prior written permission from The Company.

Termination of Service:

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Game, without any advance notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breaching these Terms.

Privacy Policy: 

The game may collect certain types of personal information from users. For further details regarding what information is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used and stored, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution: 

In the event of a dispute arising under or in relation to this agreement, or the game itself, such dispute will be resolved through arbitration in the jurisdiction of The Company.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jefferson County, Colorado].

Warranty and Liability: 

The game is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall The Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the game.
