All rights are reserved. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, data mining, or extraction of any assets, code, or materials is strictly prohibited. Access to the game and its services may be suspended or revoked at any time without notice.  Streaming and Content Creation You may stream or record gameplay for non-commercial or commentary purposes, provided that clear attribution to Plan of Tactics and Animation Elevated is included. Commercial use, merchandising, or monetization of assets, art, or in-game content requires written permission from Animation Elevated.  Player Responsibility and Risk Disclaimer By accessing or playing this game, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Animation Elevated, its developers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or loss of virtual goods or progress resulting from gameplay, software errors, downtime, or other issues.  All software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We store only minimal data (email, account ID, purchase info) to provide access and maintain fairness. We use services like Google Firebase and Analytics. To request data removal, email: support@animationelevated.com  

🧠 Conduct Policy 

We support competitive play — but no harassment, hate speech, cheating, or account sharing is allowed. Violators may be banned.
